Blue Practice #5
Practice will start with team announcements and a Mission Moment. We will then move into stretching and warm-ups before we do our practice drills and most practices will end with a live scrimmage with offense and defense.
Don’t forget to wear pants/shorts without pockets and bring your cleats and lots of water! Feel free to bring sunscreen and bug spray too.
