Our Mission

$6.1 Million raised towards…

Tackling Alzheimer’s™ Disease

BvB Dallas is a non-profit organization that brings young-professionals together to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s disease research and support organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Founded in 2008 by a group of young-professional women, BvB Dallas was created as a way to honor and remember loved ones who have suffered from Alzheimer’s and related diseases.

Each year the organization hosts a variety of fundraising, educational, volunteer, and fun events for Dallas philanthropists to help eradicate this grave disease, culminating in its flagship event – a flag-football game between the Pink Team & Blue Team.

What We’ve Achieved

With your help, BvB Dallas has been able to raise over $5.8 Million Dollars for Alzheimer’s research and care in North Texas over the past 13 years. But it’s not enough. A staggering 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s Disease today, which cost the nation over $236 BILLION in 2016 alone. Your donation to BvB Dallas will go directly to those living with Alzheimer’s, and those fighting to find a cure.

Why Tackle Alzheimer’s?

“I joined BvB because of my grandmother Meme who is currently battling Alzheimer’s and my mother who is her primary caretaker. I’ve seen what this disease does first hand and those who it affects. Being able to be part of an organization who helps fight the battle is something very near and dear to my heart.”

-Alyse Scott, 2023 Captain
