Be sure to be photo-ready!

We will provide plain blue or pink shirts for players and black polos for coaches. If you do not feel comfortable wearing a shirt that someone else has worn, please wear a solid shirt in the color of your team and reference the website to color match. Coaches, If you wear your own polo, no logos allowed.

Please be patient with our photographer! Expect to wait in line for some time - we want to make sure you’re happy with your headshot, but also be respectful of everyone’s time.

Why I Participate Video Collection
If you would like to share Why You Participate for a chance to be featured in our media, come prepared with a short script of what connects you to the cause. We will video record after your headshot.

COVID-19
Dallas County community level is currently "Low" (as of May 9th).
For Low Community Risk, CDC recommends to:
Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines
Get tested if you have symptoms

Wear a mask based on your personal preference, informed by your personal level of risk

What If I can't make it?
Please inform your Head Coach or Co-Captain if you must be absent. We will have a make-up opportunity to take your headshot, TBD. We are working through options to share the messaging following Orientation, but we highly encourage you to attend to set yourself up for a successful season.

Leadership Expectation
Feel free to mingle outside of your 1-hour time slot but you are not expected to attend the entire Orientation.
