We encourage everyone to take a headshot as it important for our Game Day Media! If you have taken one in the last couple years, you are welcome to take a new one put are not required.
Be sure to be photo-ready!
We will provide plain blue or pink shirts for players and black polos for coaches. If you do not feel comfortable wearing a shirt that someone else has worn, please wear a solid shirt in the color of your team and reference the website to color match. Coaches, If you wear your own polo, no logos allowed.
Please be patient with our photographer! Expect to wait in line for some time - we want to make sure you’re happy with your headshot, but also be respectful of everyone’s time.
Why I Participate Video Collection
If you would like to share Why You Participate for a chance to be featured in our media, come prepared with a short script of what connects you to the cause. A MarComms chair will video record after your headshot.
Will there be a makeup to the makeup?
No, this will be your last chance to get a new or updated headshot. It is important you update your headshot as we have a new style and are looking for consistency! Our photographers are volunteers and we need to be respectful of their time.
Once we receive all edited headshots, we will add them to the website under the About page, and you can download them by following the link below.
