Based in Dallas, we are a faith-based, not-for-profit organization serving older adults and those facing life-limiting illness.  We offer multiple residential choices that include executive homes, cottages, patio homes, and apartments for residential living along with a full continuum of care that includes certified Alzheimer’s and dementia care, assisted living, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
